Valmet Announces Manufacturing Software Acquisition

On 27 October 2026, Valmet agreed to acquire Tieto’s manufacturing execution software business, which generates approximately EUR 32 million in annual revenue and serves around 300 production sites. The transaction price was not disclosed, with completion expected in Q2 2027. HPC can support acquisition research, target identification and commercial due diligence.
